Casa na Praia is an amazing house located on the beach front and with an unique view to the Atlantic Ocean and the Serra da Arrábida, which is rare to find in the Comporta area.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a master suite with a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, two further suites with double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom. Next to it is the fourth bedroom with twin beds.
On the sea-facing side of the house are the social areas: an ample living room with high ceilings and a lot of sunlight, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is an office & relax area, fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the amazing beach views from each of these rooms.
The house offers air conditioning in all areas, a fireplace, a large barbecue, a laser beamer and a 100’’ screen in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming channels. There are also two adult bikes, two kids bikes & two kids scooters.
The outside areas of Casa na Praia are very impressive with a nice deck, an outside dining area, a nice pool and a vast lounging area with two large double daybeds, a large outdoor sofa and comfortable lounge chairs. The beach views are unique in the Comporta area.
Pool heating and underfloor heating are available for an extra cost per day. A perfect holiday home on the beach to enjoy the whole year – both summer and winter.
The house has been completely refurbished inside and outside with designer furniture and features an impressive collection of local Portuguese artists.
