Casa na Praia is an amazing house located on the beach front and with an unique view to the Atlantic Ocean and the Serra da Arrábida.
The house has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a master suite with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, two further suites with a double bed and each with an en-suite bathroom. Next to it is the fourth bedroom with twin beds. On the sea-facing side of the house are the social areas: an ample living room with high ceilings and a lot of sunlight, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a guest bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine level is an office & relax area, fitted with a comfortable double sofa bed. Guests can enjoy the amazing beach views from each of these rooms. The house offers AirCon in all areas, a fireplace, a large barbecue, a laser beamer and a 100’’ screen in the living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and other streaming channels. There are also two adult bikes, two kids bikes & two kids scooters.
The outside areas of Casa na Praia are very impressive with a nice deck, an outside dining area, a nice pool and a vast lounging area with two large double daybeds and a large outdoor sofa. The beach views are unique in the Comporta area. Pool heating and underfloor heating are available for an extra cost per day.
A perfect holiday home on the beach to enjoy the whole year.
Note: The outside area of the house will soon be renovated with the outside deck area being extended to acomodate an additional dining area. It has already been extensively refurnished outside and inside with designer furniture which the current photos do not yet reflect. The photos do reflect the essence and the layout of the house. We will update the photos as soon as the works are finished (Early Spring 2024).
