The house has a total of 5 suites between the main and guest houses hosting comfortably up to 10 people. In the main house there is a master suite (bed: 200x220cm) with a big bathroom with bath, shower and toilet; another suite (bed: 180x200cm) with a bathroom with a shower and toilet and 1 kids suite with twin beds (beds 80x 200cm) and a big floor futon (bed: 200x220cm) on the mezzanine and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The villa has a sustainable cooling system which is coming from the floor.
The guesthouse has two twin bedrooms (beds: 80x200cm) and one bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen has a beautiful marble kitchen top and is fully equipped. There are two terraces with a big picnic table, a round marble table with 4 chairs and two lounge chairs. This house provides the same sustainable cooling system as the main house.
The house also offers a big terrace with a build in outdoor kitchen with a sink, a gas BBQ and also an outdoor fireplace where you can roast food. There is a big wooden table with 10 chairs and mosquito curtains.The house has wonderful exterior areas, with a large pool and 8 sun beds and a lovely garden that embraces the plot.
