Villa Formosa is a new family home in the Lagoas area 12 min walking to Carvalhal beach and 5min walking to the lovely rice fields. It is located in a residential area with some nice views of the rice fields of Carvalhal from the living room and pool area.
It’s a charming and very comfortable family home with a nice and spacious living room, open floor kitchen surrounding by big windows and lovely views. It has a total of 5 bedrooms, 3 ensuite and 2 double-bed that share a spacious bathroom. All bedrooms, facing the garden, are very private. Total occupancy of 10 people. One of the ensuites is a detached studio with indoors and outdoors seating area, that includes mini bar, microwave, toaster, and Nespresso. The small patio provides privacy and direct access to the swimming pool.
Villa Formosa has all the 5 bedrooms on the ground floor and living room, kitchen, dinning areas and pool on the first floor, overlooking the lovely views.
The swimming pool can be heated by request in advance with additional fee of 400€ per week.
Maximum depth: 1.8m and minimum: 1.2m
The pool does not have protection for children.
The villa connects by bike path with the main points of interest: Carvalhal beach 1 km, Pego beach 2.6 km, Carvalhal center 2 km, the new Dunas golf course 4.5 km.
A very nice and comfortable house for 1 big family or 2 families vacations near Carvalhal and Pego beaches, as well the village of Carvalhal.
